Charlie oversees teams within the Geotechnical and Water/Wastewater markets. By building high-performing teams, developing new market sectors, supporting geographic expansion, and helping secure industry-defining projects, Charlie and his team enable both ENR-ranked and regional clients to stay ahead of the competition.

As a subject-matter expert with a sharp awareness of market trends and a relationship-driven approach to business, Charlie plays a key role in helping AGS realize its vision: “To be the world’s most impactful and successful group of Executive Search businesses.”

While at university, Charlie worked with social services, helping former offenders reintegrate into society. That same desire to make a meaningful impact continues to drive him in his role as a consultant—shaping business strategy and positively influencing people’s careers and lives.
