Associate Director

I joined AGS’ Commercial Construction team in September 2020. Nearly five years later, I’ve had the opportunity to progress my career, gain management experience, and partner with some of the industry’s most well-respected professionals. Now, as Associate Director, I support our Commercial Construction and Life Science divisions. Alongside professional growth, I’ve also had the chance to enjoy once-in-a-lifetime trips — to Miami, California, Ibiza, Sardinia, and Courchevel (complete with helicopters, yachts, and 5* restaurants)!

It’s rare to find a working environment where you genuinely enjoy the company of everyone around you, from all different walks of life. But everyone at AGS shares one thing in common — the innate desire to continuously improve and be the best they can be. No matter your age, gender or academic background, if you’re willing to work hard, support those around you, and commit to self-development, AGS will provide the opportunity.

My advice to anyone entering what can be a daunting industry? Envisage the person you want to become, never forget why — and never give up, no matter how tough it gets (and it does get tough!).
