Like many fresh graduates entering the industry, I was somewhat naïve — especially as someone dealing with Imposter Syndrome. What drew me to AGS was our mission: “What impact can we have?”

The impact on my clients? Delivering on executive mandates that drive revenue growth and strategic expansion. I achieve this by listening, understanding, collaborating, and consulting — with a genuine passion for helping people. The impact on me? In less than three years, I’ve bought my first home, supported my family, and experienced a life I didn’t think was possible.

Now a Managing Consultant, I’m building a multi-functional team across various infrastructure markets. I’m proud of the people I work with and genuinely love coming into the office. We all pull in the same direction, embracing the training, the hustle, and the hard work. We’re scared of failure — and hungry for success.

I’ve always wanted to be great at something, and I have an innate drive to improve every day. AGS makes that possible.
